Barry was a true footballing legend. A great man on and off the pitch.

 I was in awe of him as a manager when first introduced to him.

My earliest memory of him was him teaching us to drink halves rather than pints post match as it looked more professional !!

Met up with him later on in life where he became a mentor to me in Talent ID and Recruitment.

Had the privilege of working with him at BHAFC for many years.

Barry had an unbelievable knack of spotting talent as a manager and scout at BHAFC.

The gems he recruited as a manager are well documented.

As a scout at BHAFC he recruited Glenn Murray on first viewing from watching him in the warm up of a game !!

Also was the driving force in the recruitment of Solly March to the club.

A true BHAFC and Worthing legend.

RIP my friend. You are sorely missed.
